Relationship with subpoprecords/ey-cloud-recipes?

Sorry to abuse issues to ask - but I was curious about this repos relationship with the private-or-deleted https://github.com/subpoprecords/ey-cloud-recipes?

Just looking for a history lesson - I was surprised to see that engineyard/ey-cloud-recipes is a fork of subpoprecords/ey-cloud-recipes - looking through gitx I see the first commits are from Ezra.
