Fails to install server with collaborators

A collaborator on the 'Big-Bang-Technology' account is getting the following error when trying to install the Jenkins server:

```
ey-jenkins install_server --environment jenkins --account Big-Bang-Technology

No environments with name jenkins, jenkins_server, jenkins_production, jenkins_server_production.
Either:
* Create an AppCloud environment called jenkins, jenkins_server, jenkins_production, jenkins_server_production
* Use --environment/--account flags to select AppCloud environment
```

Although the account name and environment name are correct. I ran the same command via eysu, using the account holder, and the server installed without error.

Is there an issue with collaborators setting up/managing jenkins via the engineyard-jenkins gem?
