[BUG] Add working example page to glftModel()

## Description
Currently in our reference-menu the `gltfModel()` has a example scene icon, however, the link does not work since the example-page for `/model` has been combined with `/texture` and is now `/assetReference`
Essentially all you have to do is update the link itself
