Description
Hi committee,
I found out that the [latest version with `sha_linux_arm64`](https://github.com/emscripten-core/emsdk/blob/c18280c8f3f8f088b4337f0f6a5fdb2be0d67179/bazel/revisions.bzl#L152-L159) is expired due to resource not exist. I double check it in https://storage.googleapis.com/webassembly and unfortunately yes, maybe the ARM64 release is too old.
So could you please add a proper new release of `sha_linux_arm64`?
