shell.html has very long lines

You may (and are supposed to) make a derivative of `shell.html` to roll your own. However, this is unnecessarily difficult because the file has very long lines (of length >10K), which makes the file cumbersome to edit using existing text editors. I suppose these lines need not be that long.
