Windows 64 installation

I encountered an issue when installing on Windows 10, 64 bit.

Using "emsdk install latest" completed without error. I used "emcmdprompt.bat" to set the environment.
Running "emcc -v" would not work, reporting that the emscripten configuration file was not found. I had to create that file manually.

It would help if the command prompt added the directory of "emcc" to the path. Also is it normal for three identical copies node.exe to be installed in nested directories?
