[FEATURE] build in YOCTO

FlowSDK could be used in YOCTO.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
The no-io design should work. Just wireup the system library.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
1. Static cross compile.
This is not transparent enough but could be used to check the compatibility.

2. no-std only as backup plan.
limited support, major refactoring.
