How to Implement JWT on MQTT Client?

I watched [this tutorial](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1djf-tc747k&pp=ygUKZW1xeCBzY3JhbQ%3D%3D) many times, but still don't understand how to implement it. I am looking for a way to get the token, but still dont know how to get it. May it require Plugins like on tutorial video, but idk why there's always empty plugins when i command `sudo emqx_ctl plugins list` on linux.

Btw, i install emqx with this [guide](https://www.emqx.io/docs/en/v5.1/deploy/install-ubuntu.html#install-with-apt-source).
