how can I use this to generate the ideal HTML code(the code you've shown in readme.md)

(My English is not very good and may be a bit confusing, but i do hope you will help me)
I found my output was similar to the questioner of question #20 , but due to my poor programming skill, i can't understand your answer to quetion #20 … I have a few questions:
1. can I simply run _bootstrap.ipynb_ to get the the ideal HTML code(the code you've shown in readme.md)? if not, how can I achieve this?
2. where can I download the model I want (to help me generate the ideal HTML code)?
3. can I achieve my goal without extra training? If not, how can I train?
