Description

**Describe the bug**
Rendering seems to be broken on a laptop with integrated graphics ("Mobile Intel(R) 4 Series Express Chipset Family").

**Expected behavior**

**Desktop (please complete the following information):**
- OS: Windows 8.1
- Version: Both eframe 0.18.0 and git master

**Additional context**
This computer doesn't support OpenGL above version 2.1, and I've noticed applications and libraries are dropping support for it, so I'm not expecting this to get fixed.

Research direction

The report names no file, test, or entry point. Begin by reproducing the rendering failure on the listed Intel integrated graphics hardware under Windows 8.1 with eframe 0.18.0 and git master, then compare it with the expected screenshot; a fix would require identifying a supported path for OpenGL 2.1.
