Cannot add cargo_extras to dependencies (failed to download mime_guess2 v2.3.0)

### Steps to reproduce:
- **Step 1**: Use this template (creating a new repo)
- **Step 2**: Followed instructions to rename 'eframe_template'.
- **Step 3**: `cargo add egui_extras`.
- **Step 4**: `cargo run --release`. (Also works with `cargo run`, `trunk serve`, ...)
