Description
One main decision combines the tension metric and the chi^2:
- chi^2 values are good for both experiments + no tension = don't change anything
- chi^2 values are good for both experiments + tension = change cosmology
- chi^2 value is good for only one experiment + tension = the person with lowest chi^2 changes
