FR: Add position offset for non-exclusive Waybar

Description
I have a special setup on workspace 1, I want a 1440p window drawn underneath the Waybar which is possible by disabling exclusive in Waybar. I'm compensating this on the other workspaces with gaps, as you can see on screenshot 2.
Currently, it's only possible to add margin to every notification, but I would like to add an offset without adding more space between the notifications.
