Allow criteria matching on arbitrary hints

This would be useful if the application adds custom structured metadata about the notification (e.g. slack user id, workspace, or github repo) which it doesn't otherwise show in text. I'm sure most sources don't do this (I have no idea!) but I'm writing some scripts where I'm (ab)using the hint feature to do this, with the intention of matching them in mako.
