Description
Maven central only for final releases like `1.0.0`, and separate bintray maven repository should be used specially for pre-releases versions (`1.0.0.M1`, `1.0.0.M2`, `1.0.0.M3`, `1.0.0.RC1`, `1.0.0.RC2`).
