Keyboard shortcut to inspect ember tree

I often want to quickly start inspecting the ember tree and its a couple of steps now

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A keyboard shortcut that switches to the ember tab in devtools and enables inspect mode. Like `CMD + SHIFT + E` or something. Preferably it would be configurable also

No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how the Ember tab is activated and how inspect mode is enabled, then investigate where browser DevTools keyboard shortcuts and configuration are handled. Done means a shortcut switches to the Ember tab, enables inspect mode, and supports configuration.
