Description
With the Broccoli 2.0 implementation complete, we should ensure that there is an MVP for documentation in the guides. In addition to a basic introduction, the guides can link to the more extensive Broccoli documentation.
This issue is part of the [Octane Edition](https://github.com/emberjs/ember.js/issues/17234) of Ember.js.
