Description
The Ember index.html can be minified using [ember-cli-html-minifier](https://github.com/gpoitch/ember-cli-html-minifier). However, templates rendered with the fastboot-app-server show whitespace, newlines and all comments in full glory.
Is there a way to have this html also minified, just so we can scrape off another kilobyte or two?
