Utilizing the latest bootstrap will enable us
* get the latest improvement in the framework like flex-box being the first-class citizen.
* to use the sass preprocessor without any external add-ons
* to use various utilities. Bootstrap v4 bundles a lot of utils for spacing, shapes etc.,
