Add maintainers

@rickharrison Would you be willing to add more maintainers to this project?

E.g. to help with issue gardening, updating the broccoli plugin, etc.

Perhaps you could also write down a short todo list in an issue, with stuff you've thought about changing, but haven't found time for.
