Rework libc examples - should just reference our libc/libcpp library

Rather than supporting two different sets of libc files isn't smart, especially when I'm only updating our main repo.

- articles should point to the libc/libcpp repos
- a note should be added here to redirect people to that repo for libc and libcpp examples
