EAF frame not in center in Mac OS

**Describe the bug**
EAF window is never in the center, it's always to the bottom right.

**To Reproduce**
I just installed eaf through spacemacs and this was my issue.

**Expected behavior**
EAF buffer should appear in the center of the screen.

**Versions (please complete the following info):**
- Distro and DE/WM: macOS Monterey version 12.4
- Versions of Dependencies:

No file, test, or entry point is named. Reproduce the EAF window-positioning issue on macOS Monterey with the reported Emacs version, then trace where the window location is set; done means the EAF buffer opens centered rather than at the bottom right.
