Feature: Flow Node should have option to provide possible outcomes

A flow node is a convenient activity to group activities into a sub routine. To make it even more useful, it should offer the user to provide a set of possible outcomes, so that the actual outcome (or outcomes) can be set from within the flow node's Body activity. The consuming activity can then directly connect subsequent activities to the outcomes.
