We are experiencing an issue where the "Usable As Activity" option is not working as intended. Previously, publishing a workflow with this option enabled would make it immediately available in the "Workflows" Activity panel. However, it now requires multiple publish attempts before the workflow appears in the panel.
This inconsistent behavior is impacting our workflow visibility and usability.
