Hide child workflows in instance viewer. Allow drill down on parent detail view

Child workflows of Bulk Dispatch or Dispatch workflows should be filtered in the default instance view.
Instead show them In the detail view of the Parent workflow.
Implement as a recursive view with e.g. breadcrumb to allow multi-level drilldown.
