Documentation on organizations using Elsa

My organization is evaluating Elsa as a contender for workflow management in a large SaaS application we will be building starting next year. We really like what we're seeing so far, but would feel much better if references to specific organizations that already use Elsa could be listed somewhere. Is this something that exists or could be easily compiled and/or added to the website?

I did find mention here that it is in use in production, but there are no specifics:
