Unable to start workflow in externally created projects

Hello teacher,
When I start the workflow on the newly created project page, the first thing I need to do is to query the workflow data, but I cannot find it. The error message is that I do not have permission to query data configuration information, which prevents me from proceeding to the next step of starting the workflow. Could you please change the configuration permission from internal to public? Thank you!
