Workflow instance browser doesn't display workflows instances

Since the introduction of persisting the workflow instance filter in local storage, a situation can arise where workflow instances are filtered by a definition ID that no longer exists.

Probably the best thing to do is to simply not persist the definition ID, since this value will be provided when selecting a workflow definition ID from the Workflow Definition browser and clicking the "instances" link.
