Outcomes - connector dots disappear

Steps - phase 1

- create workflow with outcomes (C1)
- Add it to a parent workflow (P1)
- Do not connect the outcomes (this may not be required)
- Reload the parent (P1)

The outcome connectors of C1 disappear in P1

If the dots do are still there, either spend  time editing P1 or maybe just wait 20 minutes (invalidate cache?)
Reload P1 again - The dots are gone.

phase 2

Now that the dots are gone:
- open new browser (window)
- do a 'hard refresh' (CTRL + F5) 
- Open P1 in the browser

The dots are still gone.
 
phase 3

- Open C1 in a browser
- Publish without making changes.
- Reload P1

The connector dots may now re-appear without updating C1 to latest version.
If they do not, update C1 to latest version.

NOTE:

If, in phase 1, you DID connect activities to C1, some of the connections may get lost in the process, nut not all.
