Navigate between workflow definitions when using composite activities

When using a composite activity on a consuming workflow, it would be helpful to be able to navigate between the workflow definition of the composite activity and consuming workflow from the designer, without having to go through the Workflow Definition browser. We could leverage the breadcrumbs component for this, the same way that it's used when navigating from and to activities contained by other activities (such as ForEach, FlowNode, etc).
