Simple rename of display name in activity

This part is important for the end-user. To quickly understand his workflow he needs to name the activities according to what they are doing. That's why the display name should be very quick to update/change without going through menus. I don't have a solution yet just two ideas - maybe we should support both?:

- double click on activity name enabled the user to edit the name
- double click in the activity form
