Homepage

## **Context**
All websites need a homepage to introduce the user to the website. This typically includes a Call-To-Action. In our case, the Call-To-Action may be links to either our About page or contact information to join the club. The purpose of this issue is to document a need for the homepage of the website.

* If we choose to apply a different color scheme to this website it may help to pick an already existing color palette for consistency. This resource includes the hexcodes of each color for us to use.

* Figma is a resource that provides a platform to prototype designs rapidly.
