Translators' admissions

Our `faker-elixir` is already doing a good job in terms of translations. I think we already have:
- English
- Spanish
- Armenian
- Italian
- Brazilian Portuguese

for some of the faker generators. I think we're still missing some people to lead other languages like:
- German
- French
- Japanese
- Mandarim
- and others? thoughts?

We welcome any contributor to build this and suggest new languages.

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the existing translated faker generators and identifying which languages are already covered; done would require an agreed language scope, a contributor to lead it, and completed translation work.
