Improving BioImaging data related pages, paragraphs and resources

This include the addition of:
- [ ] Research infrastructure of Czech BioImaging and EuroBioimaging networks that support/organize open access microscopy core facilities (so access to knowledge, training and use of microscopes) which are heavily use in Life Sciences.
- [ ] Adding Communities like GloBIAS (Global BioImage Analysts' Society) or local like CzechBIAS or SwissBIAS
- [ ] Connected database microscopyDB (https://microscopydb.io/)
- [ ] Aggregating bioimaging tools, resources, training, jobs and events.
- [ ] Local partnered communities can show the database on web pages: https://czechbias.github.io/community_resources.html
