Description
currently the for ENA study parsing we except both lower case and upper case (example: `STUDY_TYPE` and `study_type`), not for experiment (only upper case).
The XSD's do expect write everywhere upper case. Do we also allow lowercase for experiments, or not allow it anywhere?
