Hi Leon,
Hope you are doing well.
For example, I want to exclude all urls that begin with /news (a sub site in a network site) e.g /news/post-url
so I added these urls to the exclude certain URLs option
/news
/news/
https://www.dropbox.com/s/ozfgaongah6uay4/2020-06-18_08-33-47.png?dl=0
and then it will exclude all urls containing /news e.g /category/news or /blog/news
