Pause Animations doesn't pause scroll animations

Description
On Elementor's website when you activate the "Pause Animation" button from the a11y widget, it doesn't pause any of the scroll triggered animations. Those types of animations are some of the biggest offenders for people with motion sickness.
Pause animation should pause all animation.
