HELLO ELEMENTOR Theme Product Catalog Products Per Row Not Working

I think I posted this in the wrong place before, so posting a cc here.

**Issue:**
-Using Hello Theme. When trying to set columns (products per row) for woocommerce product catalog in **Appearance, Customize, Woocommerce, Product Catalog** it will not allow different columns for each breakpoint. **If it is set to X, it sets to X in all breakpoints.**

Is this a bug in Hello Theme? Please advise.
