Motion Effects, Stay in Column disapears when making the Section sticky

Hi,

I don't know whether this is on purpose or not but it kinda doesn't make sense.
So, "Stay in Column" option under "Motion Effects" panel is available to any widget in the column which is really nice.
However, if you place Inner Section inside the column and make it _sticky_, "Stay in Column" option does not exist anymore.

I guess the issue is pretty much straightforward. ...if that's an issue indeed.
