Offer alternative to Google ReCapctha (or shortcodes)

- [x ] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [ x] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**
I would like to avoid using Google ReCaptcha, because it is causing prohibitive RGPD-related issues. When implementing RGPD in cookie alerts, one has to offer users to avoid third party/ marketing cookies, and many of them do. As a result, ReCAPTCHA is not working, and users fail to submit forms.

I'd like to be able use alternatives in Elementor Pro Form.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
- I tried alternative reCAPTCHA, such as WPBruiser, Capctah Tem All, Really Simple Captcha. They offer either extensions for forms (but not for Elementor), or shortcodes - but Elementor Pro Form HTML item does not seem to support shortcodes.
- Alternatively, something like CF7 Quiz item could do. But Elementor Pro Form only offers a "Number" item that will be easily passed by bots.
