Quick Editing of Template Display Conditions

## Prerequisites

- [x] I have searched for similar features requests in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [x] The feature is still missing in the latest stable version of Elementor ( Elementor Pro. )

**What problem is your feature request going to solve? Please describe.**

Currently you have to launch the elementor editor to modify display conditions on a template. This adds up to a lot of extra clicks and loading waits while building out a complex template structure for a new site

**Describe the solution you'd like**

Move Editing Display Conditions on a template out to the 'Post Editing Level' for faster modifications.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
No other obvious solutions I can think of
