SVG Widget shrinks when assigning Popup → Open Popup

### Description

When using the new SVG Widget, assigning Link → Popup → Open Popup causes the SVG to immediately shrink inside the Elementor editor.
The SVG displays correctly before the popup action is assigned.
The issue appears to be specific to the SVG Widget.
Troubleshooting performed:
- Changed CSS Print Method to Internal Embedding
- Regenerated CSS files (Clear Files & Data)
- Cleared all caches
- Disabled all plugins except Elementor and Elementor Pro
The issue still persists.
A Button widget connected to the same popup works correctly.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Create or edit a page, header, or template.
2. Add an SVG Widget.
3. Upload a custom SVG.
4. Set Link → Popup → Open Popup.
5. Select an existing popup.
6. Observe that the SVG immediately becomes significantly smaller inside the editor.

### Expected behavior

The SVG should maintain its original size after assigning a Popup → Open Popup action.

Reproduce the issue in the Elementor editor with an SVG Widget and the Link → Popup → Open Popup action, then inspect the reported editor.min.js errors and the SVG’s size before and after assigning the popup. Done means the SVG keeps its original size in the editor while the popup action remains configured.
