🔣 🐞 Bug Report: [i18n] Editor V4 - The strings of the Background Overlay are not displayed translated

### Description

The strings of the Background Overlay for Gradient are not displayed translated if the language is not English, for example: "Flip", "Color", "Stop", "Type", "Linear", "Radial" and "Angle":

### Steps to reproduce

With the language set to Italian and Editor V4 is active, go to Create page with Elementor, add an "Div Block", select "Gradient" for "Background Overlay" in "Style" tab.

### Expected behavior

The strings are displayed in Italian
