⏳ ❌ 🛟 Incomplete issue - Support Request: Shortcodes are not rendering inside Tabs and, Accordion widgets

### Description

After updating Elementor to the latest version, templates inserted via the shortcode:

[elementor-template id="XXXX"]

no longer render inside Accordion or Tabs widgets.

The shortcode appears as raw text or the panel stays empty.
Clicking the accordion toggle does nothing.

Rolling back Elementor to a previous version immediately restores functionality.

This worked in earlier versions and seems to be a JS rendering or hook issue related to dynamic template injection inside interactive widgets.

Tested with:
- Hello Elementor theme
- No cache
- No JS optimization
- Safe Mode enabled
- Issue persists

Rollback fixes it 100%.
