⌛ Elementor Icons (eicons) is loading on Floating Elements even if I enabled Inline Font Icons feature

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] I have troubleshooted my issue, and it still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

After I enable Inline Font Icons in Elementor's Features, the eicons (Elementor icons) are loading.

Inline Font icons are active

Eicons is referencing in the stylesheets

### Steps to reproduce

The issue happens on a fresh WordPress install with Elementor Core and Pro version with Hello Elementor
**The inline Font icons feature is enabled**

**Only Elementor Core and Pro are active**

**Theme**

### Expected behavior

Eicons web font and stylesheet are loading instead of replacing with inline SVG. If Elementor is visiting my site, the issue happens on posts, not pages.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens when only the Elementor (and Elementor Pro) plugins are active.
- [X] This bug happens with the Hello Elementor theme active.
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently by following the steps I described above.
