Grid layout Auto Flow option doesn't work

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] I have troubleshooted my issue, and it still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

The Grid has an Auto Flow setting that should change the distribution of elements either in Rows or Columns. Now nothing happens regardless of choice.

Elementor 3.20.3
Elementor Pro 3.20.2

### Steps to reproduce

1. Insert a Grid widget. As a parent or as a nested one, it doesn’t matter;
2. Place a few random widgets in it;
3. Try selecting Row or Column from the drop-down in the Auto Flow setting.

### Expected behavior

The columns should behave as described in the manual https://elementor.com/help/grid-container-layout-options/

Row
First row - 1, 2, 3
Second row - 4, 5, 6

Column
First column - 1, 2
Second column - 3, 4
Third column - 5, 6

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens when only the Elementor (and Elementor Pro) plugins are active.
- [X] This bug happens with the Hello Elementor theme active.
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently by following the steps I described above.
