🐞 Two steps are shown at a time in a multi-step form when there is an error with image upload

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] I have troubleshooted my issue, and it still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

We are using a popup multi-step form. The form has 5 steps. One of the steps requires image uploading. If we upload the wrong image types, errors are shown when we try to submit the form.

Then we are taken to the step where the error is produced. BUT at the bottom of the error step, previous step is also shown.

### Steps to reproduce

Go to the website available in the loom video.

Click on "Post a Job". In the file upload step, upload files that are not images. Upload JSON or CSV.
Then try to submit the form. You will the error step. Just below the error step, you will see previous step as well.

Clicking on next button fixes the issue.

### Expected behavior

Two steps should not be shown if an error is produced in any step.

### Isolating the problem

- [ ] This bug happens when only the Elementor (and Elementor Pro) plugins are active.
- [ ] This bug happens with the Hello Elementor theme active.
- [ ] I can reproduce this bug consistently by following the steps I described above.
