🐞 Form Submissions not being stored if Form Name has over 60 characters.

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

When using the Form widget with Collect Submissions enabled, if the form name has over 60 characters the submission will fail to get stored without showing any error.

### Steps to reproduce

1) Add a **Form Widget** to any page or post. You can leave "**Collect Submissions**" in "Actions After Submit" as the only action.
2) You can leave the default fields or set any you want.
3) Set the **Form Name** (first option of the form) to something **over 60 characters**. (With 60 characters it will work, but with 61 will already fail.)
4) Save the changes, visit your form on the front-end, and submit it.
5) Check your submissions page in your dashboard. The form won't appear if the **Form Name** had 61 or more characters.

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
