🐞 Global site settings: In 'Button' tab styles area there's bug on background hover styles.

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

When applying site settings general styles on the 'Button' tab, the hover styles not showing within the editor. The solution to check the hover button styles was to exit on the site settings or check it in the front end which takes time.

Note: this is a fresh WordPress installation, latest Elementor, and no conflict plugins occur.

### Steps to reproduce

1. Add a button widget without styles
2. Go to site settings and find the button settings area.
3. Configure the button global styles and also the hover styles.
4. Check the button while in the site settings and the styles won't show.

### Isolating the problem

- [ ] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [ ] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [ ] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
