🐞 Hotspot tablet/mobile font size settings get ignored

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
- [X] The issue still exists against the latest stable version of Elementor.

### Description

I am using a hotspot widget and when I set tablet and mobile font sizes they do nothing. Instead, it seems Elementor enforces its own hardcoded tablet and mobile font size of 14px.

### Steps to reproduce

Install Elementor, add a hotspot widget, set tablet and mobile font sizes and watch it force tablet/mobile hotspot text to be 14px (when you view the page, not necessarily in the preview).

### Isolating the problem

- [X] This bug happens with only Elementor plugin active (and Elementor Pro).
- [X] This bug happens with a Blank WordPress theme active ([Hello theme](https://wordpress.org/themes/hello-elementor/)).
- [X] I can reproduce this bug consistently following the steps above.
